Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using JumpTracer (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are a licensed bail-bond agent, recovery agent, or authorized law-enforcement/agency user, that you are at least 18, and that you are authorized to bind your agency.

2. Authorized use only

The Service may be used solely for lawful bail-bond administration and fugitive recovery for which you have a legitimate, documented basis. You must comply with all applicable laws, including bail-bond, privacy, biometric-information, and fair-information-practice laws. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, discriminate, or for any purpose prohibited by law.

3. Biometric & personal data

The Service computes and stores facial-recognition embeddings and personal information. You are responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any notices required by law (e.g., BIPA, CCPA/CPRA, and similar) for the data you submit, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data.

4. No consumer report / no sole basis

Photo matches and records are investigative aids only, may be inaccurate, and are not a “consumer report” under the FCRA. You must independently verify identity and may not take adverse action against any person based solely on the Service’s output.

5. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions

Paid features are billed per the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. See the Disclaimer.

8. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
