Accessibility Statement

Last updated 2026-06-14

Our commitment

JumpTracer is committed to making its platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

Conformance status

JumpTracer is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the platform meets the standard, though some content may not yet fully conform. We are actively identifying and remediating remaining gaps.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with landmark regions, a skip-to-content link, and a logical heading order.
  • Labels or accessible names on form controls, and ARIA roles for alerts, status, and menus.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard operability of interactive controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • A color palette chosen and adjusted to meet AA contrast for body text and controls.
  • Support for the browser/OS dark-mode preference.

Known limitations

Some complex or recently added screens may contain minor issues we are still addressing, and a few third-party components (such as the optional captcha widget) are outside our direct control. We welcome reports that help us prioritize fixes.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us with the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative where needed.

This statement describes our target and current efforts; it is not a certification. A full independent audit is recommended before relying on it for compliance purposes.
