Privacy Policy

Information we process
Account data (name, email, phone, agency), and case data you submit: defendant and indemnitor information, photographs, facial-recognition embeddings, documents, bonds, and collateral. We log access to sensitive records (an audit trail) including user, action, time, and IP.
Biometric information
Facial templates derived from photographs are biometric identifiers. We store them to enable cross-matching. You are responsible for the notices and consents the law requires for the individuals whose data you submit. We retain biometric data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law.
How data is used & shared
Defendant identity and photos are shared across agencies within the Service to enable cross-state matching; private business details (indemnitors, collateral, documents) are restricted to the originating agency. We use sub-processors for hosting and storage. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, an append-only audit log, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices & rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, BIPA), individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete data, or to limit biometric processing. Requests are handled through the controlling agency.
Retention & deletion
Records may be soft-deleted by the owning agency; backups and audit logs may persist for a limited period for security and legal compliance.
This document is a template and requires attorney review for your jurisdictions.
