I, the undersigned defendant, authorize the agency named above to collect, store, and use my biometric identifiers and biometric information — including photographs and facial-recognition templates (face geometry) — for identity verification, bond management, and fugitive recovery. I understand and agree that:

  1. My biometric data may be matched against and shared with other licensed bail-bond / recovery agencies, and — where lawful — law enforcement, to prevent duplicate bonding across states and to locate me if I fail to appear.
  2. My biometric data will be stored securely and retained no longer than necessary, and in any event destroyed within one (1) year after the purpose for its collection ends or my case is resolved, whichever is sooner.
  3. My biometric data will not be sold, leased, or traded.
  4. This consent is given freely and voluntarily. I may request information about — or deletion of — my biometric data as permitted by applicable law.

I have read and understand this consent, and I sign it knowingly. This written consent is provided before any biometric identifier is captured.
